To be a Great Leader, you must be interested in the 4 Ps

Leadership can manifest itself in many ways. But, the most effective way to build leadership skills is by asking thought-provoking questions and focusing on positive solutions.
To be a great leader, you must be interested with the 4 Ps.
1. POWER.
You must be interested to thrive more, upgrading yourself continuously and be in power. Power doesn't mean muscular strength but mental strength which leads you to lead people. Martin Luther King Jr was powerful because when he spoke to people they loved him to listen. You have built a powerful personality in terms of knowledge and skills.
2. PEOPLE
You must be interested to meet, listen and surrounder with growth mindset people. The majority of people often ignore listening to others and always try to throw their thinking and the way we act without understanding how and why others think and react. You have to learn about people before leading them.
3. PROCESSES
You must be interested to know how a certain thing is done, the process of learning, executing and developing. You must walk the talk, and not just express an idea but be committed to materialising it, making it efficient for everyone.
4. PROGRESS
You must be interested in progression, the consistency of achievements big or small, on a regular basis. You aren’t seeking perfection, but progress is what drives you to lead better.
A great leader empowers everyone, their employee, their friends, their followers and even their enemies. It’s in their nature to lead everyone without being selective and biased.

Integrity is a core quality that every leader must possess. You cannot lead people if you lack integrity.
