How 20 Job Rejections Became A Blessing For Me- Employee to Entrepreneur Journey
It must be borne in mind that the tragedy of life doesn’t lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goals to reach.
I was feeling insulted and devastated when HR asked me to Resign from my first job forcibly. 😕
Still remember that I have been asked to give resignation from my first job at 3 AM due to a lack of communication skills.

I was in training period & qualified all the written assessment with excellent performance but the last day of the training, we all trainee asked to meet with Floor manager one by one.
You will be amazed to know that I got that job after rejecting more than 20 job interviews.
So the trainer asked to meet one by one with the manager & he told us it was just a just normal interaction.
He asked me how was the training and what did you like here most.
I answered him confidently but I was not good at the English language so I answered in the present tense 😕.
“I love this training and I learn so much I obtain good performance feedback from the trainer in all the assessments, it was nice.
The manager smiles & said ok thank you.
After that meeting, we went for 30 mins break, trainer asked 5 trainees out of 50 to meet with HR.
Ohh shit, that thought hit my mind. 😟
I felt the manager rejected me. We all went to HR on the 1st floor and after 10 mins a guy came to us.
He said, “I am sorry to inform you that you all have been rejected due to a lack of communication skills.
Still, I remember the time was 2 AM “he gave us a paper pen & asked us to give resignation.
At that time I did not realise what was going on with me, I was waiting to schedule an office cab at 4 AM.
When I was in the cab & I looked at the building I literally cried in front of other employees.
I was devasted from the inside. When I reached home I felt like someone insulted me & asked me to get out.
That morning I decided to learn public speaking & prof the world that I am not a useless and dumb guy.
That day I decided to build exceptional communication skills & started to learn.
After investing my 3 years, I got an opportunity to many MNCs & got 3 promotions in different departments including the Quality department. 😊
Now I am a digital Entrepreneur & happy with that rejections, if I was not being insulted I would be working for others in fear of firing any time.
Never underestimate yourself ANYONE can achieve anything but need a burning DESIRE to achieve a written specific Goal.
I learn one thing,
